Ernest Firth III joined D1.relocation as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in May 2025. In this pivotal role, Firth will be responsible for managing D1.relocation’s operations, driving strategic growth, and ensuring the continued delivery of exceptional relocation services to coaches, administrators, and their families across the country.

Firth brings a wealth of experience in strategic leadership, partner relations, business development, and operational excellence to D1.relocation. He most recently served as Director of Business Development & Sales at the Dingman Group, a leading relocation management firm in the professional sports marketplace. Prior to that, Firth held key roles at REVELxp, contributing to their growth in the athletic hospitality space, and Tailgate Guys, where he gained valuable experience in event management and fan engagement. His deep understanding of the unique challenges and demands faced by professionals in college athletics will be instrumental in further enhancing D1.relocation’s tailored service offerings.

Firth lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife (Logan) and daughters (Eliza) & (Marian). Ernest has driven and packed more trucks for events than he would like to remember and did a straight drive covering 800 miles in a 26' box truck.
